Lucas Elser, B.A., BAD Buildings Area Manager

Lucas Elser is a BAD Buildings Area Manager with the Northern West Virginia Brownfield Assistance Center where he manages the BAD Buildings program. Other major duties include assisting communities and local governments identify, secure, and redevelop brownfields, creating and promoting redevelopment resources, and securing funding to further develop the NBAC’s redevelopment programs.

Mr. Elser moved to West Virginia in 2007 as an AmeriCorps VISTA working with community watershed non-profits across Appalachia. Mr. Elser holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Philosophy from the State University of New York at Geneseo.
